What percentage of all the things you feel are true… are actually true?
Emotions are created by thoughts believed.
Thoughts accepted as true.
And some of us have the mental habit of believing practically everything we think is true…
… even though, intellectually, we realize that itself can’t possibly be true.
(Getting dizzy yet? This is called metacognition!)
