One of my favorite exercises in my own personal development…

… is just to practice choosing to be in a state of happiness.

It doesn’t have to be the most intense happiness in the world.

Just a simple happiness, and as consistent as possible.

And guess what?

This simply, consistently happy me is MUCH better at dealing with problems and challenges than an unhappy me would be.
