When you think about the words "my life"

Apr 23, 2024

A few years ago, before I started working with my first coach...

I would never use the words "my life" in conversation.

It wasn't intentional.

But it was something I just didn’t feel comfortable thinking about, and I didn’t even realize that.

Questions like...

- Is my life going the way I want it to?
- Am I going to be happy with the life I've lived?
- What's the purpose of my life?

All of those would have felt awkward to me.

What I've learned is that it's important to be able to take a step back and think about our lives.

Otherwise, we run a very high risk of them not turning out the way we really want them to.
